Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School Material Genetics and New Energy Evaluation Center forms strategic partnership with 100 NEWTONs

    After friendly negotiations, in May 2025, the Materials Genetics and New Energy Evaluation Center of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School and 100 NEWTONs became strategic partners. Both parties will engage in in-depth cooperation on core technology research, industrial transformation, material evaluation, and structural analysis services in the field of new energy batteries and key materials. This cooperation marks another important layout of 100 NEWTONs in the field of industry university research collaborative innovation, injecting new momentum into the breakthrough of school enterprise cooperation in the new energy industry.

   The Material Genetics and New Energy Evaluation Center of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School was established in 2014. It is a public platform that provides analysis and testing services for teaching and research in world-class high-level universities and research institutions, as well as an experimental base for cultivating high-level talents. The center has established a scientific management system and has professional instrument operators who can solve the characterization and testing problems of various materials for researchers in different fields. It was recognized by CNAS in January 2022. The center is open to the society and actively provides high-quality material testing services for universities, military industrial institutes, research institutions, and technology companies. The center has strong analytical and testing technology, complete equipment, and testing projects covering structural analysis, composition analysis, surface morphology analysis, physical and chemical performance analysis of materials. It can conduct professional testing and research on new energy materials, metal materials, ceramic materials, polymer materials, etc., and provide technical and material structure analysis service guidance for related experiments.
