1. Location: Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, and Hebei regions.

2. Require to obtain a power grid dispatch agreement and commit to dispatching more than 300 times a year;  

3. Minimum requirement for cooperation: Starting from 200MWH, the larger the scale, the better.

3. This project is an urgently needed and welcomed investment attraction project by the government, and does not require special approval.

4. It is recommended that the recommender directly communicate with the power grid.

5. The window period should not exceed a few months!
