4) Mining license validity period: June 2022 to June 2032.

5) 116 exploration drill holes have been conducted, with a total drilling length of 12,822 meters.

6) Total transfer fee: 89 million yuan.

7) After the transaction, the equity of the company holding the mining license can be fully transferred to the buyer, and assistance will be provided in handling the change procedures with relevant national authorities.
