An international new energy technology team is accelerating its expansion into the Indian market, focusing on the semi-solid-state battery sector. We invite experienced professionals with overseas project management expertise and familiarity with the local Indian market and industrial landscape to join as General Manager and core team members to drive technology localization and production capacity development.

    General Manager Requirements:

    8+ years of experience in the lithium battery or new energy industry; strong background in semi-solid-state batteries is preferred;

    Proven experience in end-to-end overseas project management, with knowledge of Indian market policies, supply chains, and localized operations;

    Capability to build teams from 0 to 1, coordinate cross-border resources, and lead production line implementation;

    Proficiency in English as a working language; prior work experience in India is a plus.

    Core Team Members are sought across technical, production, commercial, and supply chain functions. Candidates with relevant professional backgrounds and cross-border collaboration experience are encouraged to apply.
