Recently, the Civil Aviation Administration of China has stipulated that power banks without clear 3C certification are prohibited from flying! Compulsory 3C certification including with safety EMC and environmental testing is the bottom line for consumer electronics safety. As the "energy heart" of 3C products, lithium batteries can effectively ensure the safety of battery use and prevent accidents caused by battery problems through overcharge, short circuit, and high temperature testing certified by 3C. Recently, CTI Huace Testing Laboratory compared the performance of original and non original headphone batteries, and the results showed that the microstructure differences of the batteries are directly related to the battery's endurance and safety, and the production process defects of the batteries are the source of battery hazards. Non original earphone batteries exhist issues such as overhanging defects, material detachment, and electrode deformation, which pose significant safety hazards. Especially in personal devices such as earphones, battery failure can lead to serious consequences.
