Recently, BoRay Technology successfully deployed and operated nearly 200 pure electric autonomous dump trucks and supporting smart battery swap systems at a large open-pit coal mine in Xinjiang, marking the official commencement of commercial operation for the nation's largest single-mine scale electric autonomous dump truck project. The project includes Construction of BoRay's self-developed technology smart swap stations, achieving full-process automation from vehicle dispatch, battery swap operations, to energy management. When the vehicle's battery level drops to a set value, these dump trucks can autonomously drive into the swap area, where robotic arms perform the battery replacement fully automatically. A single swap takes 6 minutes, with no manual intervention required throughout the process.
