1. Supplier: An experimental platform/think tank under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), a national high-tech enterprise. The team includes 76 doctors/post-doctorates. The supplier is also the investor, technology provider, and operator for this project.

2. Priority cooperation regions domestically are Guangdong, Southwest, and Northwest in China.

3.  Requirements for Demand Parties:

（1）Annual steam consumption exceeding 50,000 tons.

（2）Specific Requirements:

1) For the Guangdong region, the steam price for the demand party should be higher than 350 RMB/ton.

2) For the Southwest region, the steam price should be higher than 280 RMB/ton, and the demand party must be able to continuously provide large quantities of biomass over 5 years (You are responsible for sourcing, the SASAC platform is responsible for procurement).

Specific requirements for biomass:

a) Hard straw, wood, bark, branches, wood chips/pieces (rice and wheat straw are not acceptable).

b) Biomass calorific value should be close to 4000 kcal.

c) Biomass can be delivered as sun-dried raw materials, no processing required.

d) Biomass price at the plant should be below 350 RMB/ton.

e) Able to sign a 5-year supply guarantee agreement.

f) The annual heat supply from biomass must reach half of the project's annual steam energy consumption.

3) For the Northwest region, the steam price should be higher than 250 RMB/ton, and the demand party should be able to provide auxiliary energy sources like wind power. Finding compliant biomass is easier in the Southwest region.

（3）Key Target Demand Parties: Enterprises using natural gas to produce their own steam.

（4）Typical Demand Parties: Textile printing and dyeing mills, chemical plants (oleochemical, polymer industry; rubber vulcanization; leather industry), petroleum extraction and refining, food and beverage factories, paper mills, high-end manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical factories, bioengineering plants, heating supply, feed industry, tobacco industry, power industry (driving steam turbines for electricity generation, pumped storage for peak shaving), medical industry (equipment sterilization, laboratory disinfection), metal processing industry (electroplating, smelting, heat treatment), building materials industry (curing cement, board processing), printing industry (equipment heating, ink drying), automotive manufacturing industry (component heat treatment, coating), shipbuilding industry, agricultural greenhouse temperature control, slaughtering and processing, laundry and ironing, hotel saunas, cement product curing, etc.
