    In order to develop and strengthen emerging industries, accelerate the cultivation of future industries, develop new quality productive forces according to local conditions, and build a modern industrial system with Sichuan characteristics, the following plan is formulated.

    By 2027, emerging industries will develop into a chain cluster, cultivating more than 30 industry leading enterprises with national influence, and creating 5 100-billion level industrial clusters and 10 50-billion level industrial clusters; In the future, there will be breakthroughs in industrial innovation and development, cultivating more than 10 high growth innovative enterprises, producing a number of major innovative achievements and iconic products, and initially forming industrialization capabilities.

    Artificial intelligence, robotics, integrated circuits, new displays, biomedicine, nuclear medicine, commercial aerospace, new aviation, low altitude economy, hydrogen energy, new energy storage, laser equipment, additive manufacturing, bio agriculture, advanced materials, cultivation and development of future industries, sixth generation mobile communication (6G), quantum technology, metaverse, cutting-edge biology, neuroscience and brain computer interface, controllable nuclear fusion, ultra high speed rail transit, deep earth science

    3. Key tasks
